All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of our programs, private podcast content, and downloadable materials, refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be issued once a purchase is completed.

One-on-one strategy sessions are non-refundable once booked. Clients may reschedule a session with a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours’ notice. Requests made with less than forty-eight (48) hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.
